KIDUJA INDIA LIMITED, in a filing with the BSE Limited on October 14, 2026, confirmed compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, based on a certificate received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, dated October 3, 2026, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
